      NEB is happy to share pre-tested items of Grade 8 in English, Mathematics and Science and Technology subjects with item information and mean score in the national sample. The base year for the mean score is 2024 March (2080 Chaitra). Teachers and students can use the base year mean score percentage to check how students fare in the items. Item information is useful for identifying the types of questions students fare well and the items in which they get confused. This type of information helps teachers plan strategies to improve learning outcomes.

      राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डले २०२४ मार्च (२०८० चैत्र) मा कक्षा ८ को अंग्रेजी, गणित र विज्ञान तथा प्रविधि विषयका प्रश्नहरुको राष्ट्रिय स्तरमा पूर्व परीक्षण गरेको थियो । उक्त पूर्व परीक्षणको प्राप्ताङ्को आधारमा प्रश्नगत रुपमा मानक अङ्क गणना गरिएको छ । उक्त मानक अङ्कको आधारमा शिक्षक तथा विद्यार्थीले प्राप्त उपलब्धिलाई दाँजेर हेर्न सक्नुका साथै विद्यार्थीहरुलाई हुनसक्ने कठिनाइको विश्लेषण गरेर सिकाइ उपलब्धिमा सुधार गर्ने योजना पनि तयार पार्न सक्नेछन् । यसप्रकारको जानकारी शिक्षण सिकाइ सुधारका लागि उपयोगी हुने अपेक्षा गरिन्छ ।
